We received 5 Star service. T.J. was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the door options to us. We are very pleased with the installation and operation of the new door and opener. He demonstrated the lubrication method and advised us on the proper lubricate to use. Also, he entered the new opener code into our car remote controls.

Very pleased. They sent a picture of who was coming and that is great for safety reasons. I liked that when a cancellation happened they called and came right then. Austin and his helper were very polite and had everything installed with in an hour and a half they cleaned up and no mess was left. They told me if I had any issues just call and they would be old come back. Great job Austin and his helper. Thank you

Our tech, Austin, was scheduled for 6-8 pm, but he was running ahead of schedule and came early. He was able to recommend repairs that could be made same day or full door replacement if we wanted that. The repairs were made in just a few minutes. The customer service rep who arranged the scheduling and the text and email status updates were wonderful tools as well!
