You previously serviced my garage door and installed a new spring. (2014) Because of that I called you thinking I ONLY needed a new remote?! Shaun was the serviceman who arrived at my door at 9:20 pm ! The phone operator who took my call neglected to give him the unit number and it took him an hour to find me! (phone training?) In the garage , Shaun took one look and was able to describe my problem to ME! The result was that I went along with all his suggestions and he returned the next morning to install a new garage opener, etc. !! Shaun was knowledgeable, courteous, and industrious. I hope is with you still when next I need help from Precision.

I’m Kim knickerbocker, Les Knickerbocker’s wife. I was at home while Juston Winrow, repaired the spring at the house. He was thorough and professional every step of the way. He can only be a great contributor to your company, as it grows. We’re currently renting and suggested to Juston, that he or your company call our landlord. He manages a multitude of properties, that he may have your company service. Again, I’d like to reiterate how pleased I was with how quick Juston got to our home, his professionalism and knowledge of what he was doing. He was thorough in explaining, so I could understand. Keep him, a definite assest now and into the future. A good guy!

Well just want to say thks for the quick respond to my garage the person who did the job was fantastic was so good and in hours we had my dor repaired. We've had Precision do work on our garage door before. They did excellent work! Cameron came this time. He replaced the sensors and did a thorough inspection of the garage door and opener. He explained everything clearly and told me why he recommended what he did. He had a great personality, also! He was cheerful and friendly. I was very pleased with the work he did.

garage door broke on Thursday,called Precision garage door repair from the phone book. appointment set for the next day. Technician Adrian Guerrero responded the next day Friday.Discussed the problem,inspected the door. presented an estimate for materials and labor.repaired the door with no time wasted. thru the whole process Adrian was very polite,respectful and thorough. explained was he was doing,what needed to be done and the working mechanism of the new door control. offered to respond even on his day off if called.

We have used Precision in the past and have always been happy with their work. We purchased and had a new opener installed. The issue we had was we were not able to connect it to our phones. When it comes to downloading new info to our wi-fi and new apps to our phone it is somewhat confusing. Perhaps the tech could stay long enough to see that everything was working properly before leaving.

work was done quickly; but what I was quoted was $204 for 2 springs labor and tax complete. The installer said the price was $280. Either way i decided to purchase the upgrade along with new rollers. still waiting for my email receipt,Very satisfied with Will Hall.
