Precision came out on 4th of July, same day that I called within the 2 hours that was stated. Was a little special that additional parts where recommended to complete the job. The garage door dose work great and the service tech was professional and "down to earth guy". Thought it was a little pricey.

Justin did a great job. He arrived at the house less than an hour after I called in the evening and did all the work promptly and efficiently. He let me know the coils might be covered under a warranty since I had previously had them replaced by Precision Door. Sure enough, when I found the previous work order I had a lifetime warranty which I had completely forgotten about - saving me $300. Justin also suggested I get a maintenance and lube done on the door and now the door is much quieter and barely makes a sound.
