We are extremely pleased with our new opener. The door operates far more quietly than it ever has and the whole system now seems more rugged. Ryan, our service tech, did and outstanding job, and is a very fine guy. He called 15 minutes ahead and arrived precisely on time. He is one of the most professional people we have ever had working for us. Please note that I was unable to select a star above, but it certainly is a 5!

We came home at around 4PM to find our garage door wouldn't open. When I called Precision I expected to hear something like "we can get to you tomorrow." By 5:30 that same day a very professional young man (sorry, I don't recall his name) was fixing our door (the spring had sprung). The service was great and I feel the price was quite reasonable.
