I chose Precisioin because we had used them in another city and were quite happy. Well so far I am not happy with this office. On Wednesday 10-18 I contracted and paid a deposit for a new opener and springs to be installed the next day 4-6 pm. No one showed up nor did they call. Today, Friday Oct 19, I called the office to find out what happened or if I had the day wrong and the office was very hesitant to give me any information but I finally got out of her that they had in fact scheduled me for Thursday. So I was told a manager would find out what happened and call me back. I asked for her name and the person I was speaking with name and she was hesitant to give it out but finally did. I was scheduled for the last appointment of the day and if they could not make it then at least call and I should have been the first today. 5 hours and I am still waiting to hear back. Called again and it is pass the buck "Oh the tech didnt call her, I told him to" And, by the way, in all this I found out that all calls are routed through a call center and you never speak to anyone directly in the local office. Just waiting to see how this will all play out

Made an appointment for Sunday 10/14/18 for 5pm to 7pm, hot a call from Kevin asked if he could be there at 4pm I said yes. He came out and gave me 3 options, explained what he would be doing, I accepted one of his quotes and he started working immediately, he is a very fast friendly and efficient employee!!! Precision Garage Door Service did an outstanding job replacing my defective garage door opener. Their service technician (Antonio Santana) did an excellent job showing me why my old garage door opener was no longer working. He went over several possible replacements, explaining the features of each. After I chose one, he took less than an hour replacing my old system. I give both Precision Garage Door and Antonio Santana 5 Stars.

The experience with Precision from start to finish was excellent. I originally talked with Rich and he fully discussed the options, including purchasing a new opener myself and them installing to purchasing an opener from them and having them install it. The different options were discussed along with the cost involved. At no time was their any pressure to purchase one option over another. This is the third time I have utilized Precision and I will use them and recommend them in the future. Justin was the installer and he is outstanding. Miguel, a new installer, was with him for training and Justin ensures that each step was done properly and used the process to train. They are 5 Star.

It would have been nice if the tech would have given me a discount for a senior you can tell that I am or for being disabled when I setup the appointment I told the assistant I was disabled as far as the work very professional, Pleasant, gave attention to the project, good employee to give a positive critique I would say ask the customer if they qualify for the discount and not find it out on the receipt I feel good about the service but not pleased finding out about the discount due to we live on disability will have to think about recommending your company the workmanship was good Other information I was told I would receive but did not was recommendation on other needed work on the garage door with pricing.
