My house was built in 2010 and have only had one spring on the garage door and never had a problem. The tech come out and try to up charge and tell me I need two spring or he would not warranty his work. I told him the same door you walk in you can walk out and thank for wasting my time.

The price was a little higher than I expected, but since the repair was completed within an hour of my first call into the office, I considered it a worthwhile investment. I also got an estimate before they began work which I appreciated.

Will and his assistant arrived on-time and within a half hour replaced the tension spring on the single car garage door. They were courteous and diligent. The 4-star rating is because I felt the cost to install the spring ($243.90) was excessive. Same day service for broken spring and Mark the installer and assistant came an hour and a half early which was great. He put in two extra-long spring in about 45 minutes. Great service at a reasonable price. Couldn't expect more.
