The technician arrived early, ahead of our scheduled appointment time. he reviewed the operation of our existing door opener and agreed the circuit board had gone bad, (can't understand, the opener was only 19 years old!) and the opener needed to be replaced. We selected one of the new openers he had on the truck and it was installed in about an hour. We were very happy with the workmanship and would recommend Precision to anyone seeking installation or repair.

I called Precision because I found their ad in the Yellow Pages. I chose Precision because of their BBB rating and the fact that they are available 24 hours a day and are usually available within two hours. I was also impressed that they give a senior discount. My garage door opener crashed and I wasn't able to get the garage door open. The technician, Justin, arrived the same evening about 8:30 and had the door open and the new garage door opener installed within two hours. I was very pleased with his service, his attitude and his ability. I would recommend Precision Garage Service to anyone.

I recently had done what I thought would be repairs on my garage door opener. It turned out that I needed a whole new system with everything included. Nick was the person who did the installing. He is a very hard worker and made sure that everything was done well. We did have some misunderstandings and office manager Marquita handled herself very professionally and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to others based on the job they did for me.

Experienced a problem where my garage door would not close. Contacted Precision and they sent Jay and Austin the same day to determine the problem. The techs arrived early and diagnosed my problem. Major problem was that the door opener, being 21 yrs. old needed to be replaced. Options were provided by Jay and Austin and I selected a new door opener. Both men worked very hard for several hours in the cold, wet evening replacing my old opener. They took time to explain everything from usage, warranties, etc. Both Jay and Austin are a tribute to their business. Definitely will use again and recommend to friends and family.

I have no idea how you people got involved. I have had a firm, D&G Garage Door Service, service my door since 2006 and called them at (702) 558-5000 but for some reason, you people showed up. Did you buy D&G out? If so , why did you not have any records of my previous calls? Some of the things your tech. said needed to be done (bearing replacement, etc.) were done in 2013. Your Tech. told me that the springs and cables needed to be replaced and they were the reason for the noisy operation. However, after service the door operation is nearly silent. Future service will be performed by someone else!
