Simply 24/7 service was the 1st criteria because my garage failed on a late Sunday afternoon. 2nd was licensed, bonded, and insured. 3rd is skilled talent to fix the door having fallen off the tracks due to cables coming off the drums. The door was hanging by a few wheels and half cocked in the garage. Luckily and surprisingly, the door itself was not damaged but I had new springs attached, cables, drum bracers, one section of track, and wheels installed. The technician was professional, skilled, confident, and easy going as well. The technician exercised great care to ensure proper safety and quality while also doing the repair in a very timely fashion. I couldn't have been more pleased using Precision Garage Door company.

Harold the technician was extremely professional and new his stuff. When the springs broke, the excess stress on the opener, cables and rail caused significant damage. "Mark" did a great job! He was courteous, professional and knew what he was talking about. A roller had bent due to tension in the springs being off, and he repaired the roller and adjusted the tension. I've used Precision at least 4 times over the years, and this company is my "go to" one for anything to do with the garage door/opener.

Very quick service. Called at 7 pm to have broken spring fixed and the tech was here before 8 pm. He knew what he was doing and replaced both springs and did a safety check on the door and was out before 9 pm.
