Precision had originally installed the garage doors and have had the company inspected every couple of years. Quick and prompt repair of problem plus courteous personnel. Replaced keyless pad that had malfunctioned plus thorough inspection of both garage doors. Provided recommendations. Would highly recommend.

While the service man, Jared, was very knowledgeable and friendly we found out later that we severely overpaid for this Lift Master LM8550 belt drive opener. Precision door charged us $600.00 for the opener and 8 foot rail and we found numerous examples on the internet of this model selling for $215.00 with another $85.00 for the rail. So basically we paid twice the going rate for this opener. The install fee was another $199.90 which is close to what we saw online for installation fees. Precision Door was prompt and courteous and if you don't mind overpaying for a new garage door opener I would recommend.

Yesterday a cable on my garage door broke. My car was trap inside. I notice a sticker from a previous repair done several years ago, from the previous owner. I called the number ( Precision ). I was inpress of how quick, and professional the technician was. He was such a nice guy, i wanted to invite him for dinner, But that was several hour later. My wife's smile was priceless, when she seen me picking her up on her car. She new the garage was fix. Thank you precision.

I called Precision this past Friday when my garage door stopped working. The tech, Dan & his trainee Cameron showed up at 6:15pm. He said he was going to do a 25 point inspection and 2 points in I was already at $600 to repair my door. I knew this didn't sound right so I did more research while the tech was completing the inspection and found out a new opener and install should cost about $400. By the time the tech returned he gave me a quote for $1400 - that was the low end of 3 options he gave me. I said there is no planet that I'm paying that amount to get a new door opener installed. My garage door was stuck half open from me having to manually open to get my car out to go to work. I asked him to please just shut the door so that I could have another company come out to fix the garage. He charged me $199 to shut the door plus the $59 service call fee. I paid it just to get him out of my house. I contacted 1st Call Garage Doors and they came yesterday, assessed the situation, gave me two options for a new garage door opener, installed my choice of opener and serviced my door for $450. Pretty remarkable to me that there was a difference of $1000 for the same work. I told the tech Dan that I very much felt like he was trying to screw me over being a single woman and my guess is him assuming that I don't know how to research costs. I've never in my life written a bad review but felt so strongly that your tech's behavior was so egregious it was borderline criminal. I can imagine how he treats senior citizens or other people he considers vulnerable. As a business owner myself, I felt it was important that you know.

Chose your company since you were here once before, a tech also came quickly when my neighbor needed help. Your techs, Dustin and Carlos, were very friendly and personable, fast and neat workers. They installed a new motor and I am happy with it, it purrs nicely. I did not anticipate to spend that much, I hope it will last as long as the old one did, which was installed in 1995! Never the less, I would certainly recommend your company to others. In your "Purchase Products" and "Service Performed" is no possibility to enter "Installed New Motor!"
