Tech came on time. Inspection was done prior to repair to find out other probable troubles the garage door has. Tech did his job very professionally and finished the job in a very short time.

Precision Overhead Door company was able to give me an appointment on the day I called. Steve Alo, Precision Tech was on time, provided a full evaluation of his findings, an estimate of the cost of repair and completed the repair in about an hour. My garage door has never worked as good as it does now. It is incredibly quite when it opens and closes. Thanks for the great work!

Steven arrived within an hour to repair the tension spring in my garage. He was so friendly, explained everything clearly, and was done within a half hour. Using Precision was the best decision. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Dan, the technician that was sent, was very polite and did an initial assessment of the broker garage door springs. Dan also inspected the condition of other garage door hinges, roller and cable. He did then provided me with the quote and applicable discount that can be extended. The work was done thoroughly and efficiently. I was having trouble with my door opening and closing. Dustin, the Precision Door technician showed up on the same day, on time, and was very helpful and professional. He had all the parts needed to replace my opener and to synch an old Car2U system in my vehicle with the newer Homelink technology. He spent the time needed to make sure everything worked and left the garage clean.

5. Got same day service. Replaced all but door and tracks. Tech did an excellent job, was courteous and knowledgeable. Showed me options and pricing before he started. Cleaned up after he was done. I will recommend Precision to my co-workers.

Firstly, the 4 Star and not 5 Star rating is based solely on the preliminary cost of service call fee plus what I perceived was high fee to first close the stuck door in order to fully assess what might be actually repaired.. While I understand a service fee is fair to be charged, the overall charge of $309.00 seemed very high and not really warranted...some highly rated Angies List Service companies do not impose a fee for repair estimate. However, given the late time of a weekend day and facing anxiety of having an unsafe garage door position while pursuing 2nd opinions, it was accepted as a necessary cost... However, note the actual service performed by Precision's Technician, Mr. Steve Alo was definitely 5 star and highly professional, with straight talk, clear presentation of reasonable options and no oversell or pressure to go for the most costly, extreme replacement of the entire door. Being an Architect, with considerable understanding of what can or cannot be feasible resolution of most repairs, I appreciated greatly his no-nonsense assessment and clarity in explaining my options and potential ramifications. I therefore recommend Mr. Steve Alo highly as a well seasoned, professional Technician...my assessment of him is solid and incontrovertible. But, I strongly encourage his Precision Door Service to reassess initial charges charged prior to an actual, informed estimates, as they create an unfortunate negative perception for customers. This somewhat mars what actually is excellent service and fast response by Precision...reduce this initial diagnostic charge even somewhat and this perception should improve markedly.

I got your contact information from The Link ( Sun City Summerlin monthly magazine). The service I received from Precision was outstanding. The Service Technician, Steve Alo, was excellent and was a tremendous representative for Precision. I would ask for him for future needs. He fully explained he was going to do to fix our garage door and then went over it when the job was done. We were in a bind as the garage door was accidentally damaged by us. Within two hours of calling Precision the door was fixed and working which exceeded our expectations. Precision will be the company that I call going forward for my yearly services and for any repairs.
