We had an emergency with our garage door. We called ai 12 noon and received a window from 2 to 4. Technician arrived at 2, assessed we needed a complete new door. He completed everything by 8 pm but had to return the next day to replace defective sensors. We received the best service and would like to praise Dan for his excellent and efficient work.

We choose this garage door company based on reviews and the 24/7 service. We considered this important because we have rental properties and we want prompt professional service for our tenants. We were not disappointed. Rudy was our repairman. He was professional, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs. Our tenants were pleased and the price was reasonable. We will use them for all our rental properties in the future. We highly recommend them.

Technican was good polite, good customer service. After reviewing invoice I felt I over paid for service. One hour work over 500.00 and no new motor unit. Lesson learned for me as customer.
