Nick arrived early in the promised service window. He identified a repair to the opener saving me major dollars versus a new unit. He then solved the "real" problem being the worn rollers. And when the door opening didn't sound quite right he made further effort to clean build-up in the opener's gears. All of this done in about an hour at a fair price. Many Thanks!

We called Saturday around 4 and thought might not get someone right away but had an appointment for between 7 and 9. New place moving into and gave wrong address but Paul was superb. I called him and we figured out where I was (lol) and he came and walked us through. Very professional and answered all our questions. Great job, would recommend them!!!!

Crew was on time and very friendly. The initial visit was to determine the door opener that would fit. There was no pressure to purchase any particular opener, the options were just presented and left to us. The install had to be postponed one day, but the same team arrived (on time) to install the new opener. They programmed the car remotes and assisted with the keypad setup. There were no issues during the install.

Precision had someone out here same day within a couple hours of my call. Caleb was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with the opener and discussed our options as to repairing vs. installing a new opener. He installed the new opener quickly. We are happy with the repair and the service and will definitely call Precision for any future garage door needs.

Called with broken spring and tech was on scene in less than an hour. Fixed broken spring and made a couple of other changes on garage door with job being complete. This was a Saturday afternoon at 3pm and the service was great. Have used Precision on couple of other occasions with the same great service.

I had one spring on my garage door and it broke Sat evening. Sunday morning I called Precision and technician, Gabriel, arrived Sunday morning to do the repair. I did not know that two springs could have originally been put on the door and I realize now how important it is for safety, which would keep the garage door from going into a free fall. If I had waited 15 seconds walking out of the garage, the door could have fallen on me and my 2 dogs. Gabriel did a fantastic job and I highly recommend Precision.
