Nick was very helpful and fun to converse with. He told me my options and costs involved upfront. Although I think the cost was a little above average, I feel as though it was worth it. Nick said the job would take about an hour and it did. The time went fast as we had a good time and I think the trainee working with Nick learned something. I had two new springs installed, all new roller bearings for garage door track and new bearings on the pulley and spring shaft. Also upgraded the center bushing to a ball bearing cage. Nick and trainee took the time to make sure the garage door was weighted and centered properly. Nick also adjusted the motor to stop closing at the right time. All the door pivot points were lubed and tested for not having excessive noise. I appreciated all the extra time Nick and the trainee took. I would recommend Precision Garage Door service to anyone. I have the lifetime warranty, I hope I don't need it but feel good about knowing they stand behind their work. Also, they came prepared for the job. Everything they needed was in the truck, no leaving and coming back. That is an efficient operation.

Ripoff. I choose Precision after getting a quote for $60 on the service call. It took the tech less than 2 minutes to align the sensors and I was charged $100 which included $25 of gas in a city area. Never again.

Nick arrived bright and early on a Sunday morning to help me rescue my car which was being held hostage inside the garage by a broken door spring. He knew what he was doing, was fast, friendly, and very professional. I am very pleased with the results and happy to get my car back in use again. Price was reasonable and apparently no different for Sunday than week days... Great!

After a little misunderstanding about pricing from the office, I found the technician, Adam to be knowledgeable and professional and was the main reason I went ahead and had the broken spring replaced on my door. He spent extra time making adjustments to make sure the door performed to his liking. I appreciated the extra care and fact that he checked and lubricated all the moving parts on the door.

Who do you call at 7 PM on a Saturday night and you can't go to work because your cars are trapped in the garage because the garage door spring broke? I called Precision and was glad I did. The technician arrived in less than 2 hours. Inspection, estimate and repair in 1 hour. Very professional. Explained everything as he went. A bit expensive, but on a weekend night, who is going to complain?

"Same Day Service" was not. Company "over booked" so service not done until late afternoon following day (this for a preferred customer of 16 years). Repairs were done professionally and promptly after they arrived. Prices have skyrocketed in the past year. Will probably use another service in the future.

As a past customer of Precision I called them immediately to repair my garage door which had suffered a broken spring. They made an appointment for later that day and Caleb arrived after calling to advise me he was on the way. He was professional, experienced and a genuinely nice guy. He replaced the broken spring and its mate, balanced the door perfectly, examined and lubricated all functional parts of the door. He did a great job.
