Selected this business via my 'Angie's List' membership; they're "the Best". Tech. responded promptly, explained the issue clearly and (this is the best news), made a repair suggestion to replace one small part which saved us a tremendous cost of having to replace an entire garage door. Whole job from start to finish was done in less than an hour.

We chose Precision because we had them service our garage door previously. The technician was knowledgeable and had figured out what was wrong by what I told him it was doing/not doing. David, the technician, was courteous, efficient and had the job completed in a short period of time. The service was for springs that I had purchased from Precision and they were under a lifetime warranty and was replaced as such. I will call Precision when I need garage door service.

Mr. David Garcia replaced the weatherstrip on the bottom of my garage door; assisted by Nick (last name unknown). It took Mr. Garcia much longer than anticipated due to the unique type of weatherstrip. These two men were patient, thorough, and very professional as they did their work, with Mr. Garcia returning the following day to complete the job and inspect the results. He is a fine representative of your company, and I would not hesitate to call on Precision in the future.

I had a serious dilemma involving my garage door and needed help ASAP! My garage door was buckling thereby forming dents. I chose Precision Door Service of Las Vegas in the Yellow pages at random one Friday afternoon. They IMMEDIATELY set up an appointment for the NEXT day (SATURDAY), to perform their FREE!!! ESTIMATE! I was truly impressed with the urgency in which they responded as well as no extra charges for a weekend call! They were prompt, on target with the evaluation, and reasonable with the estimate charges. I felt like a client that had many years of business interactions with them. Precision Door Service of Las Vegas is very professional and courteous. I am pleased to say they will not be chosen at random the next time I require their services!

well you acquired D and G telephone number and want its customers but will not honor the work they left behind as a customer you take the number you take the work they left behind including warranties but i found thats asking to much from precision disappointed . but who cares this is wrong in a bad way its just a stupid spring thanks for nothing.

We have used Precision before so it was a no-brainier as to who to call when our door was not closing flush. Tech's were on time, replaced the broken cables, straightened up when finished and were very pleasant to talk to.
