It was well after 4:00 PM on a Friday when I found myself unable to open my garage door from the outside. My key wasn't unlocking the front entry door. I'M LOCKED OUT OF THE HOUSE! I used the cell phone to search for a garage door repair service in Las Vegas. Precision popped up; highly rated 2 hour service; 24/7. The advertisement was correct. The dispatcher had Steve here in 15 minutes or so; door was tested; problem found and solved by 6:15ish. Polite, knowledgeable, thorough, left zero mess! JOB DONE WELL. Another example of good quality workmanship and service right here in Las Vegas. Thank you!

Excellent service by Chris Rodriguez in explaining what needed to be replaced, and he checked both my garage door sensors. Chris showed me where to lubricate the garage hinges every 6 months.

The service received was excellent. It was an emergency situation as I am a single woman and could not close the garage door. The technician arrived on time assessed the situation and within a few hours the door was replaced. I did not feel as if I was being ripped off and appreciated the courtesy. I would recommend this business.

It took Stephen seconds to diagnose my problem with the door. Surely he is a professional in his field. To think I put up with this problem for several months and I could have had a man of his caliber solve my problem. Shows how stupidly I procrastinated. I sincerely hope if I ever need your services again he will be the tech to answer

I was up sold on the springs, because I was told that they would last 12 years. Upon checking my invoice I noticed that there are only guaranteed for two years. I paid $75 more for nothing. I also noticed on the invoice a $25 fee for disposal, now come on can I put the springs in the recycle myself. Please note that the technicians were polite and they were only up selling per your instructions. Shame on your company.

The guys came around 8.30pm and didn't finish until after 11.00pm to replace an aging system. They both worked well and efficiently, one of whom was a trainee. They explained everything clearly and were easy to understand about the task in hand. This is the second home we've had Precision Garage Doors and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a Garage Door Center sticker on our garage door but after calling them since 3pm and they said they would show up between 5pm-8pm and never did without notifying whether they would come or not. I was told to wait as long as I wanted to when I followed up (and this is after 3 follow ups and they'd already had us waiting for 5 hours). At that point, we knew no one was coming because it was after hours already so we searched the yellow pages and found Precision and it said on there that they're open 24/7. From the call through their office to their technician, Caleb, everything was great! The dispatcher took all my information and it didn't even take an hour for someone to arrive at our doorstep (no 5 hour wait). I also got a call from the technician that he was on his way and he gave me a time frame as to when he was coming. Caleb was amazing! He explained everything to us as he worked. He installed our garage door opener, replaced our rollers, and strut (which had a dent on it causing our garage door to cave in the middle when it is opened) with I'd say "Precision". He was fast. it took him about 20-30min tops to finish everything. Also, before signing any paperwork, everything was explained to me as well and the technician gave us tips on how to care for our garage door so it'll last longer. Talk about professional right? Anybody who is looking for someone to call for any help with their garage doors, save yourself from a headache and call Precision. You won't regret it. For me and my family, we will never call anybody else for our garage door needs ever again.
