I was impressed with the timely response. Andrew was here within an hour. He evaluated the problem with our door not closing and gave us all the scenarios. Turned out it was the lasers. There was no attempt to do unnecessary work. Would recommend them in an instant. There's a reason they have an A+ BBB rating.

I found your service online. Called late at night & scheduled an appointment for 7-9 Am this morning. Adam the tech called me at 7 am. We looked together at the problem & gave me 2 options. The quality of service with Precision door is outstanding. We have used their repair and maintenance service twice. Both times, the first in 2011 the second in July 2016, were excellent. The first time was an emergency call for broken springs. They sent Matt, after hours, the same day. What a gentleman. Again this July at our request they sent Matt to service our garage door and upgrade our opener. Still the same gentleman and excellent service person. Yes, we recommend Precision door and of course Matt!

I used your service last October to install a opener on our double door and transfer the existing one to the single door. This instLlment took several hours. The installed kept having problems with the equipment. He left our home at midnight. We called today for service as the big door at times aouls not come down he came in and did a full service on the doors and alighted the sensor lights. I did not ask for dull see ice. I just wanted. You to odds that the. Low onc of the door. In light of this I will find another company. You are. Too e pensive and do not. Stand behind your p work.

When we install an opener, that warranty doesn't cover service needed on the door that it's attached to. We appreciate that you trusted us to work on quieting your door. Again, we apologize if you thought that the warranty on your opener included that door.

We had to use the emergency opener when our power went out 2 days ago. Because a spring had disconnected, I wasn't able to reset the chain puller. Robert identified the problem, replaced the spring, and tightened all the connections to make the opening of the door more quiet. He also straightened the door track where it had been bent a little.

To who it may concern, Surprisingly, your garage door mechanic was at my home quicker than previously expected, was excellent in repairing the door electronic opening with new remote controls, re-set the system's mechanisms, replaced the old and worn door rollers, lubricated the system that now doesn't make a sound, and finally re-set the code for opening from our vehicles. My wife & I are very happy with the efficient work performed & we will certainly recommend your firm to our neighbors here in the Sun City community!

Our garage door stuck late on Friday evening. Our technician, Gabriel, came about 9:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem with the door. Multiple things needed to be done and it was all explained and I was given a cost estimate. He worked until almost 11 pm. He was polite, efficient , and really knew what needed to be done. I am very happy with the service I received and would certainly recommend and use this company again. Gabriel is a real asset to your company.
