I give 5 stars to Precision Overhead Garage door service. They showed up the same day we called and fixed the door in an hour. Matt the serviceman also pointed out a number of mistakes made by the company that put in our new door which we appreciated. Our door opener is now 14 years old and we will need a new one soon. When we do decide to get the new opener we will call Precision again.

Very good installation service, I would recommend to others. When I call asking about service, late morning, and if I would have called for service the first thing in the morning, I would have had an extremely bad day because of the conversation I had when I was inquiring about service.

I already called your supervisor and complained that your technician had some sort of attitude problem that I did not understand. He acted more like a drill sergeant than a person who should be in customer service. I told him that I appreciated his advice on my garage doors but would really just like to have the one repaired that I called him to come fix. He then proceeded to explain to me that he had to "finish his report." I thanked him for the education and explained to him that I no longer wanted him to do anything else for me and that I was happy to pay for his services for relocking the arm into the garage sliding piece. He seemed to become agitated as I suggest sales may not be a good place for him since he proclaimed to me three times. "Quite frankly Ma'am, I hate the public. I'm just in the repair business." He didn't seem to understand that "the repair business" and sales go hand in hand with customer service. I won't be calling you in the future for any other service as I do not like to be yelled at and try to do my best to give everyone an equal chance. If he/or maybe your company policy understood the concept of "customer service" instead of "needing to fill out a report," I would have been happy to pay him 150 to fix and lubricate the door and let him go on to his next job. Instead, you got 50 so that I could get rid of him. I have two other houses for a total of seven garage doors. Just saying! It kind of sucks for both of us because now I have to find a new company to take care of me.

Was very pleased with your technician ( Steve ) --- he checked out the door and the operation & determined the problem I was having came from defective logic board and due to the age (1996) the best answer was to upgrade to a new unit. He gave me the pro's & cons on which would best suit my needs and I kind of liked all the features with the belt driven unit which he installed.

Was very pleased you could come within two hours. My daughter Diane was with Jeff the entire time repairs were being made. He knew what he was doing and was very friendly. We are now going to save for a new door and will get it from you. The other people who had installed the opener a year or so ago never even set the settings and Jeff did this for us.

This is the second time I requested repair from Precision and I am just as pleased as the first time. Precision advertises service within two hours. I called at 11:30AM and they arrived 30 minutes later. Andrew and his trainee were very professional. I had a problem with the remote which was operating intermittently. The circuit board, 15 years old, needed to be replaced. Andrew diagnosed this issue almost immediately. Having been in the construction industry for 40 years, they were very procedure oriented. Especially with regards to safety. I would be happy to recommend Precision for any repairs.

As a sr citizen, I'm always learry of calling for a service that was not a referrel. We do get taken advantage of on occasion. Matthew was my tech. I am impressed with his professionalism while conveying sincerity. He explained everything he was going to do before doing anything. I authorized the repair.
