Excellent service by Stephen Springfield, my technician. My call to Precision was around 8:30 pm on a Saturday evening. He arrived shortly after 9 pm, well within the two hour time window promised. He worked efficiently to diagnose and fix the problem. I could not be more pleased.

5 Star rating - In Aug 2009 I needed my garage door opener replaced so I just pick Precision, Glad I did and I tell others if I'm ask. A spring broke and Steve came out and repaired it. He was VERY good and showed me things to maintain the door. Lubricate every 6 months, I never know this.

Precision did a great job, my springs broke at 3:30PM in the afternoon and I gave them a call and they where at my home in about an hour. The tech was great he explained to me everything that needed to be done, gave me the cost and had it fixed in about an hour.
