Scheduled between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Arrived approximately 3:30 pm. even after calling company twice to check on arrival time. Extremely expensive!!! Lubricated both garage door and simple motor tension adjustment...$340.00. Perhaps, that involved approximately 10-15 minutes. Needed spring replacement. However, didn't have one with him. Technician was polite and efficient.

Today, April 26, 2022, Precision Garage Doors came at 9:00 am and they started immediately preceded to remove the old garage door and replaced it with the new one, both installers were professionals and enjoyable to talk to. The work was completed at approximately 2:48 pm. Precision from the salesman, follow-ups, and installation was done professionally. They are customer friendly and do great work. Terrible customer service. I have had to hound them for an estimate and to this day still have not received it. Getting in contact with them is extremely difficult and they take very long to respond to your messages. Very unprofessional. I went with another company and got my garage door installed within 1 week. This experience has been ridiculous.
