Pleasantly surprise! Called Precision Door Service of Miami due to a broken torsion spring in my garage door. Scheduled an appointment for next day between 8:00 and 10:00 AM for technician to give an estimate. Next day received a text from company with picture of technician and at 8:47 AM that technician was on his way. Price was very reasonable and decided to have the job performed. Technician, Manuel Rosal, explained what was needed and was very professional and friendly. Watching him work you could tell he is highly skill and takes pride on his work. A true “5” star company. I called them thinking I wanted a hurricane rated garage door. They said don’t waste your money that I already had one. All I needed was some maintenance on my exiting door.
