From the moment I scheduled the appointment for the quote and the moment the technician arrived everything went very smooth with Precision. Manuel R. was very professional and respectful at the time of the appointment as well as honest and knowledgeable about the products. My husband and I obtained other quotes and decided to go with Precision because of their pricing, reviews and customer service. Their available stock and scheduling the installation was a matter of days and their accommodations were perfect. Manuel, the same technician who came for the quote, and Fabian arrived promptly at their scheduled time the day of installation and were kind, respectful and professional. They worked very diligently and quickly as they removed our old garage door, cleared the debris, installed the new one and took the garbage with them within approximately 2 to 3 hours. I was thoroughly impressed with Precision. Because I had to raise the height of my garage floor, my door no longer closed properly. Several other companies and individuals told me that my only recourse was getting an entirely new door or a roller door. One company even said, "Oh, we don't want to be involved in a project like that." I was thankful I found Precision. Rainier came out quickly for a quote, even fixed something on the spot, and told me that there was no need to order a new door. They simply had to swap out two of the panels for smaller ones. They were ordered and, within 10 days, installed. Super professional - and that's hard to find nowadays. I would certainly recommend them!
