We picked Precision based on their local ad campaign regarding the Covid-19 outbreak. They were quick to come out & make the repair which was helpful as car was trapped in garage because spring broke & the door would not open. Technician worked fast & had all supplies to fix the door on hand. Was a bit pricey, but satisfied with service, fix & warranty supplied.

I cant say how thankful to have had Joshua Figuero as my garage door tech. I called Friday afternoon and he was able to be at my house to asses my garage door at 6:00 PM.. I explained to him the issues I was having and how another company had serviced my door in the past and was unavailable to work with my schedule for repairs. Joshua did a total diagnostic assessment of my door and shared with me how the previous companies had really missed a few obvious issues that played a part in my door having the issues it had. Although I was unprepared for the repairs needed to make my door function properly and safely Josh was very through in his explanation of what options were available to me and his professional opinion was the reason I moved forward with the repairs. I felt extremely confident that he knew what he was talking about and three hours later my garage door was operating efficiently and without hardly a sound. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay and will certainly tell everyone I know to call your company and ask for Josh for a fair and accurate diagnosis and repair.

Thanks Precision Garage Door and service tech Josh. This morning my 90 year old husband attempted to open the garage door while it was lock, causing the opener to malfunction. The door would come down but at the bottom the door would open by itself. We called Precision the service tech Josh came out the same day, he had us up and running in 10 minutes and didn't even charge us. We can't thank you enough. I don't know that I've ever received such fast and efficient service in my life as I did today from Precision. I was just about to leave the house to go to my mother's nursing home to celebrate her 91st birthday with friends. The garage door would not open, and I noticed the spring looked like it had separated. I told the Precision representative on the phone why I needed the repairs done quickly. She was able to dispatch a repair technician who arrived at my house in less than 15 minutes. He, too, was sympathetic to my need to have the repairs done ASAP. And he was done in less than the time he had projected! I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair. Thank you, Precision!

Greatly satisfied with the job that was performed in fixing our garage door. Your technician is very professional and very informative . However there is only one thing that bothers me . I was told that my warranty is good for 5 years. But I found out when I look at the receipt it is good only for 3 years.

Kevin, the technician did a review of the problem with my chain drive garage door opener. He then presented the options to repair the opener or to replace the opener with a belt or chain drive. The door springs also needed to be changed as they were incorrect. This expense applied to both options. Due to the age (15 years) of the opener we chose the belt drive opener. Since it was dinner time, Kevin went to work while we ate. It took about 2 hours when Kevin knocked on the door and said the job was done. The performance of the belt drive door opener was amazing compared to the old chain drive system, very quiet and smooth. Kevin then completed a reprogram of our in car garage door openers. Kevin is a very capable technician and does excellent workmanship. When I need garage door repair again I will call Precision and request that Kevin do the work. I am sure that Precision has many excellent techs but when you get a good job done, why switch.
