Speaking with the rep 12/26/19, I found out the springs were priced as most major supplies houses--the web site state $65.00 to $120.00 per spring according to cycles total. Plus no hourly charge for install for the springs--it's all included. Items purchased: springs, cables, rollers, and toggle. However, the other items were pricey.

Extremely pleased with Precision Residential Tech Jason Daring and the product installed to correct the problem before it became an emergency. Jason called ahead before arriving for scheduled appointment, identfied himself upon arrival, diagnosed the problem in detail and explained options. Totally professional. Worked relentlessly and replaced the over 12-year old garage door opener unit (which made a horrible loud sound upon closing) with a new system within 3 hours. New unit is quiet and smooth-sounding. While I did not expect to incur this expense, understood this is just one of life's surprises but necessary things. Glad I opted to replace the unit.

I knew I needed the seal around my garage door replaced, and was pretty sure a bunch of other things needed work as well. I have had the setup for 16 years, and replaced the spring once; nothing else. Bryan came to help me out. He was prompt and quickly determined the things I needed to replace, the things I should consider replacing, and the things I might consider upgrading. In the end, I had Bryan refresh my whole garage door system. New cables, rollers, belt-driven motor, seal around the door, etc. Basically, just about everything but the door itself (which is still fine) and the tracks the thing runs on. I was very satisfied with the work done, and Bryan was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with.

Josh Hink was the best technician! So prompt, so informed, so efficient & capable -- I can't remember when I've had better service. Also, Precision responded to my needs the same day I called, which is practically unheard of these days. My control panel wasn't working and Josh immediately detected the problem and replaced the piece that died; I would call Precision in the future and request Josh for any service.

Even better, is when the driver presents himself in professional and personable manner, neatly dressed, and wearing a company shirt.
