I was having trouble with my remotes working intermittently for the past 5 weeks. John came out promptly and found the source of the issue and installed a new computer board with 2 new remotes. Any other issues I may have, John will be my go-to professional. Thank you so much 5 Stars!

Over the years I have had numerous service techs come to my house for repairs/service but none of them were as professional and personable as Andrew Lachance. He listened to my explanation of the issue, asked a few questions and then told me what we was going to do to resolve issue. He fixed the problem then checked to see if there were any other issues. My garage door works like it did when it was brand new! Andrew was great, the perfect tech, you should clone him!!!

I am generally not one to write reviews or give out five stars freely but my experience today compels me to do so. Keith was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options. He took the time to explain in a personable way. This was my first time with Precision and I will be sure to recommend them.

Holy cow!! I am so excited my garage door is working again!! I called Precision based on the reviews. Matt is professional, knowledgeable and kind. The cable had come off the spool and he fixed it right away. I have lifted the door manually for years. Matt took that extra step and now it works by using the remote. Really! Thanks, Matt and Precision!

Definitely 5 Stars! We called after hours on 5-25 and had an appointment for 5-27 between 10 and 2. Tim Vaughn did an excellent job in diagnosing and repairing the problem in less than three hours. It's like we have a brand new garage door and opener again! WTG Tim!!

Matt was a TOP technician and gave me so many ideas of why I would need to replace this door one day. My wife & I are on limited income as retirees and right now cannot afford this expense. There were several great things to say. They were prompt. They fixed my problem very well. Their service man was well mannered, clean and did a neat job. The killer for them is their pricing method. To add a $20 fee for gas is ridiculous. Any business man knows that these charges are part of a companies overhead and should be priced into their markup. Second, when I asked about the cost of springs since mine was broken the price i was given was the bottom of the range. Now if that range was reasonably close that would be fine but as it turned out my spring was 3 and a half times higher. As a result, the next time i need garage door service i will seek out someone else. Sorry!
