I appreciated your Saturday hrs. I had a 5 stars experience with Carlos and Jordan. Very friendly and knowledgeable and no pressure. I felt I got a good deal and it was a pleasant experience. I got a new garage door opener.. and man, is it quiet!! :)

The Precision experience was totally outstanding in every way except the price was much higher than expected. Technician was very knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything he did. Jeremy came and he did an onsite assessment and quickly made an accurate diagnosis. I told him to get it done and wham! What a change in the way my garage door sounds and operates. It went smoothly and once he was done I was left stunned at the difference. My garage door sounded better than new and I'm quite satisfied with the results. They come highly recommended.

Not Happy with the service as only one spring needed to be changed but he changed both the springs also was told that he will be replacing all the bearings but changed only one and also the price seemed kind of on the high end.The tech also did not explain why he had to change both Springs since only one was broken and he also took the one that was not broken so where is the credit for that.feels liked I was ripped off.Have used you in the past was satisfied but not this time.

Great communication from Precision. They were scheduled between 8-12pm and John called ahead of time, arrived on time and was thorough in his assessment of what needed to be done. I knew our garage tune-up was long overdue so I wasn't surprised with what he suggested needed done. He didn't pressure us at all; just educated us and let us make the decision. We had the work done and within a little over an hour it was like having a new garage door - what a difference getting new parts/maintenance does. Very happy with their work. Thanks!

We awoke at 5:30 am to have our garage door open die on us. My wife immediately called the 24/7 service and were scheduled for later in the morning. At 7:30 we received a call from the office confirming our appt. & asked if an earlier time would be convenient. Perfect. Then Jeremy West called before he arrived and discussed in detail exactly what we were interested in. Jeremy arrived on time and went over the options we had talked about. When our decision was made, he installed the new opener and went over everything we needed to know. Jeremy also did some minor tuning of the door. He even went beyond just the installation and showed us what to do with a manual opening. There was no subject on the new opener that we did not cover. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up before he left. In the future we will use Precision for all our repairs. Thank you Jeremy and Precision. Great Service!
