I was very pleased with the quick response I got after calling for my broken door. The technician (Keith Anderson) was great! He was very knowable about what needed to be done. There was some boxes and tubs too close to the door for him to do the repair work. He started helping me move then and that has above and beyond his work requirement. This company is a breath of fresh air. They backup what they say and today proved it. A part on my door broke and they were at my house within one hour and repaired it at no cost because it was under warranty and the technician was just as pleasant and the other two men that were here before him when they installed my new opener. The technician was Keith Anderson, very polite person.

Chris Pinnegar should be the employee of the year. He fought Gasparilla traffic for over an hour, to get to our home on Davis Islands, to replace a broken spring. If he had not preserved, both cars would have been trapped in the garage for no telling how long!

I called at 8:30 a.m. (on the weekend nonetheless) and within a few hours my garage door was repaired and upgraded. Chris and Carlos showed up on time, were very professional and didn't try to up-sell. They showed me the parts that failed, explained why they failed, and gave me several repair/replacement options. The garage door opens fast and more importantly is damn near silent. Great job all the way around.

I checked the BBB website, and read the reviews. I also liked the professional advertisement. The email notification of who would be coming to the house, and a phone call to let me know he was on the way was very nice. Dallas Frazier did a wonderful job checking the doors and opener. He was very professional, and explained what work needed to be done and why. He had everything he needed to fix the issues on the truck, and was done in a short amount of time. The entire process took just a few hours, and I appreciate his punctuality and professionalism. Excellent work, and a reasonable price.

Technician was awesome and super nice but was in such a rush and being pushed by his boss , I spent 2000 with theses guys and not happy with the outcome I had to reprogram everything over and the garage door sound much worse than it was before I spent my 2 grand . I wouldn't recommend this company to a friend.

John Tsangarinos gets 5-Stars from me for the great job that he did to completely replace our garage door opener. He replaced the spring, the chain drive, motor, and the wall panel that controls the opening and closing. He even programmed our three car's remotes to operate the new system. His politeness and professionalism proceeds him. This was not the first time that I used Precision Garage Door Company, nor is it the last time.
