We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately. I do understand from our conversation that your friend that sells garage door parts retail (without service, installation, and warranty) shared that he thought our installed and warrantied parts are too expensive. We appreciate your business and your feedback.

Dallas was the technician who performed the service at my house. He called 20 minutes prior to arrival. He showed up on time and took the time to point things out to me. He replaced both springs, rollers, and bushings in a short amount of time. I would recommend Precision to anyone. Thanks

Your services are unreasonable. You don't offer parts for the most popular door opener. I would never use or recommend you to anyone. You technican did nothing but I was charged e$49.95. A ripoff.

We felt that it was not responsible to repair all that was worn or failed because it made more sense to replace financially. We apologize that you took this as a sales move.

Ryan called and showed up at the stated time. He was very professional and also checked my other garage door. I felt he was honest (becoming rare in this day and age) and was pleasantly surprised at the cost considering I had called on a Saturday afternoon and had the repair done on a Sunday. Will definitely use Precision again.

The service was prompt for the door repair and the technician seemed to do a very good job. I was a little surprised by the price, but because I did not shop around, it might be in line. Charging 7% extra for "shop supplies" and a $20.00 fuel charge seem quite excessive, with gas as low as it is today!

John the Greek was our technician. Felt that he was very professional in his conduct; passionate about his work; and cleaned up after himself. We had originally asked for a "tune up", but as John explained deficiencies with the parts in our door...........we felt his expertise without pressure to buy TODAY aided us in making a sound decision to replace almost everything on our door. The door works perfectly and a 3 year warranty is icing on the cake. At this point, we are happy campers!
