An extremely professional service. I had a supreme employee, Elliott, replace a garage door opener that was under warranty. He was attentive to my needs, did the work in a minimal amount of time, and made sure all my remotes and the new opener was operating to my liking.

I had my garage door replaced. The technician Luke called and arrived 20 minutes later. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was very professional and completed the job in great time. He cleaned up the work site when done. I would recommend Precision. I am very pleased with the service and the product. Yesterday was a five star rating for Precision....heard an explosion sound in my garage in the afternoon, tried to open my garage door to get my car out.....door wouldn't go up, the spring had snapped....called precision around 2 and the repairman was here within 2 hours.....diagnosed the problem, found me a discount on line for my spring, and was on his way within an hour.....fast service with a good warranty...thank you Precision....have a good door for many yrs to come.

Repeat customer who didn't hesitate to return; Precision provides great customer service. Technician Jimmy Johnson is top-notch and treated me like a real person, not just another job. Just wanted Precision management to know of the excellent service and repair that was just preformed by José. Although I have had three good repairs from another garage door company, there was one remaining, essential repair estimate that was NOT followed up on. That issue resurfaced with a horrible noise, and on a weekend. Precision was available that afternoon. José arrived, not knowing the full extent of the problem, had the part the other company did not have, and worked efficiently. The end result of José's work was better than the last three repairs combined. José was knowledgeable, professional, explained the situation, and very friendly. I appreciate his time and expert service, and will ask for him for future services.

So happy with my choice to use Precision Garage Door to replace my door springs and my 20 year old opener that finally retired. Keith was fantastic, he answered all my questions (I had many) while continuing to put together my new track and installing the new springs. The new opener (Belt drive) is the most quiet and smooth working unit I have ever used and I am looking forward to many years of use.

The motor was falling off the ceiling and everything was loose. Jose Rosario performed the service, new garage door motor, opener, rollers, keypad. Excellent job, everything looks great and performs well. Jose did a nice job or explaining everything and even took the time to help me program my car.
