Ads in Yellow pages. Called Tampa phone number and an appt. was made for the next morning. Rep from Clearwater came at scheduled time. He had an assistant. The Rep was very certain of what the problem was and how to rectify it. They examined the site to Indicate what would be needed, an estimate was given and the complete repairs were made in a timely manner. Although the cost of repair was greater than anticipated, I was pleased that the job was completed so thoroughly. I have the 7 year service agreement with Precision, and am sure I shouldn't have to call in the future. Thanks to both of your reps.

I was super impressed by the quick responses and availability for an emergency repair. Michael, the technician, arrived within an hour of my call and was able to repair my garage door within a very short period of time. He was very professional and knowledgeable! I apologize for not remembering the name of the person taking my call, but she did an excellent job of informing him of what to expect. Thank you Precision Garage. I chose Precision because I heard their add on Q105 and they support Mason Dixon's Christmas Wish foundation. One of the cables came off the spindle and the door wouldn't open - cars trapped inside. I called them that evening and they responded the next morning. The price was a little higher than I expected, but I'm satisfied with the repair and purchase. The technician (John) was courteous and professional. He definitely knew his products and business.
