Outstanding service! I had a spring break on my garage door on a Sunday afternoon. They had a technician out in less than two hours and the repair was complete in less than an hour after the technician arrived.

They were able to come out to my house the same day I called, on a Sunday. Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was wrong with my door opener, I needed a new belt and the cables needed replaced. Proficient and reasonable. I will definitely use them again if need be.

I used Precision 9 years ago and was very happy with installation of garage door opener overhead lift. I've heard their consistent advertisement about drug-tested, background-checked employees and same day service. So, when my cable and spring broke, then of course, I called them. They came the same day. The serviceman deserves 5+stars for his polite, patient, knowledgeable ways. He was a gentleman and explained to me the problem and the solution in terms I understood. Excellent service from start to finish. Jeremy the Precision technician contacted me to inform me when he would be arriving and arrived on time. We discussed what the problems were with the door and we agreed on what was required. He replaced the garage opener and track and also several cracked and worn door hinges. He carried out all the required repairs in a very professional manner and is credit to the company. I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. Thank you.

We were about to go out for the evening and the door opener broke. I called and with in one hour James Mantsch showed up at our house took one look and said no problem. Our opener was over 20 years old and I knew it was on its last legs so James installed a new one and we still were able to go out for dinner. This was the third time we have used Precision and each one of their repair men have been polite and professional. You can't get any better than that.
