I asked for a maintenance check on my garage doors to be sure they were functioning properly. The technician Jordan arrived on time examined the doors and their function and gave me an understandable description of the situation. He mentioned that the springs were old, but were functioning ok at this point. He advised that they could start to fail at any time in the future. He checked the connections of the tracks and showed me how to lubricate the door hinges and rollers. He also got me information on the cost of upgrading to hurricane rated doors. I felt he did an excellent job understanding my concerns and explaining what I needed to consider for the future.

Some years ago I used Precision Garage Door Service to replace a broken spring, but recently the overhead motor mechanism stopped responding to the remotes. The system was an outdated Craftsman model so I bought one of the new Genie models from Home Depot which PGDS gladly agreed to install. The tech who came out, Sean Wolf, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I could tell during the installation he is a professional and offered advice to improve system performance which didn't cost that much more. I'm glad I did and am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and will use them again in the future should the need arise.
