Travis came out to install a new garage door opener and did an exceptional job. First, it started with the explanation of the options I had including WiFi capabilites and remote access via an app. The install quality was great and he was very willing to explain all of the features and benefits. I had a last minute emergency as I was cleaning out a family member's house before it was turned over to the new owner in a few days and the garage door would not open. After trying a couple other businesses that I found via Google, I called Precision at 1:45 on a Friday afternoon and was met with a very pleasant and helpful voice on the other end. She told me she could have a repairman out within the half hour. Jesus Echevarria called me enroute and arrived quickly thereafter. He was very personable and professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem of a broken spring. He was able to fix it within 30 minutes and we were back to our cleanout. I will definitely contact them again when and if I have any garage door issues.

My left spring broke on a Sunday morning and I could not get my car out. I scheduled an appt on line for that afternoon and they arrived promptly. Springs replaced, and other minor things corrected that original installer had failed to do. Brandon was super courteous and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use Precision Door again.
