Just had broken spring on my garage door replaced by the best technician I have encountered in a long time. James Long was extremely courteous and thorough in the inspection and repair of the door. Took the time to walk me through and explain other recommended maintenance to insure that the door continues to operate properly, pointing out some obvious cable and hinge rusting that needed to be addressed and replaced. Finished the job and left the area clean in a very reasonable amount of time. Extremely pleasant personality. Precision Overhead, James represented your company well with great work and delivery of outstanding service!

When my garage door broke on Saturday I was worried it would take weeks to fix. Scheduling it for the very next day was a great relief and when the service rep arrived on time I was thrilled. Grant evaluated the situation and explained clearly and logically what my options were. He gave me a time estimate and finished as he said. Multiple parts were replaced I feel very confident this repair will work for a long time.

Our garage door just stopped working, so we called Precision Garage Door to look at the problem. We have used them in the past and the following comments apply to their last visit as well as this one. The technician, Baylor B., called ahead of time to say he was on the way and then arrived well within that time period. He was very detailed in his examination of the problem, diagnosed it and fixed it quickly. His demeanor throughout was gentlemanly and professional. We will always call Precision if we need help with our garage door again.
