I called Precision on 04/04/23 to see if a technician could be dispatched immediately to assess why my garage door stopped working the night before. I was grateful that same day service was offered during the phone call and within a couple of hours afterwards technician Adam Miechle called me to say that he was 10mins away. Adam’s inspection resulted in a broken motor for which wehe offered to repair or replace

Just had a wonderful experience with Keith at Precision. We had a 23 yr old garage door opener that we kept fixing. Keith told us how much we have spent in the span of 2 yrs and were shocked. Needless to say we had Keith install a new opener and programmed our cars, installed key pad, all at a reasonable price. Keith was knowledgeable, no high pressure at all. Great job Keith and precision!

MY TECH WAS EXCELLENT. On Time within the time slot quoted, Well spoken and well trained in his craft and diagnostic skills. The garage door is very old (but has been kept in good repair) additionally, the door is not one a repair person would typically encounter. Your Tech carefully and expertly assessed the garage door from every direction and function. His articulate evaluation found an errant 2X4 had inadvertently shifted from behind a stored stack of 2X4’s, causing the door’s operation to become impeded. Please be an advised I will never hesitate to recommend your company very highly!!!!

The service you get from Precision is unmatched. The technician, Matthew, was patient enough to wait for me to arrive home. Once I arrived, he walked me through every step ( pinpointing the issue, options for repair, add-in’s , etc.). Once Matthew finished up the repairs, he programmed the new garage opener and explained how to use it. Matthew was knowledgeable and polite! Will definitely recommend!

Spring broke on the garage door. I went to our neighborhood website and Precision came up as a recommended company. I called them once they opened and they had someone out by that afternoon. Travis and Chris were concise in their recommendations and extremely professional. Now, they were certainly not the least expensive but they were here when they said they would be and did an excellent job.

Have used in the past. Decal left on the garage wall made it easy to call. Called at 7:00 am this morning and was easily scheduled pretty quick today. Matt Salas was very personable, did a great job and did not try to oversell (important to me). It was not inexpensive, but I feel I received a good value for what I spent.
