Called about garage door not opening during cold weather. Bob spent time listening and cleaned the weatherstripping and door where it contacted the stripping thinking it was sticking. Turns out the stripping was getting caught by the window frames OUTSIDE the door. We discussed ways to fix that and it was decided I would cut off lower excess trim to keep It off window frames. and we also discussed ways to fix that if I screwed it up!! Super friendly and all at no cost.

I would definitely recommend this company to anybody that is having garage issues. we were able to schedule the same day appointments fast and easy. Our technician was Jeremy Rossi was right on time and called when he was nearby giving me plenty of time to put up the dogs. He was able to find out exactly what was wrong and take the time to explain how to fix the problem. He even called my husband to explain this to him so everybody knew what was going on. The price to repair the broken parts were very reasonable. Jeremy was able to get everything fixed in a short amount of time. He was very kind and friendly especially with my 3-year-old would be very inquisitive, Thank you for all your hard work !!

I want to thank Precision Garage Door Company for resolving my issues with my garage door. I was originally charged what I thought was a high price to replace springs and cables for my garage door. After hearing my concerns, Brittney from Precision Garage called me and after hearing my story, she offered a $200 refund off the total bill. She also sent a manager tech, Josh to my house to inspect the garage door. Josh replaced the worn rollers, realigned the track and shored up a weak part of my garage door with a brace, all at NO charge! I was thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness of the company. They listened to me and went above and beyond my expectations in resolving my concerns. I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service.
