One of the springs failed while the door was closed, could not get it open. My SUV was in the garage and in the way of the technician to repair it. Timothy worked around the vehicle and got the door working in less than an hour. He also checked out the system and replaced the door bottom seal. Works great!

My wife and I met Rebecca Fernandez to discuss replacing our existing garage door. Rebecca was very professional, knowledgeable, and above all friendly. We did some research before we called to set an appointment and were pleasantly impressed with the whole process so far from scheduling and meeting with Rebecca. Rebecca explained all products, differences in types, and took measurements of the garage door. We appreciate service with a smile and positive attitude. That to me is a sign of a good company who treat their employees well, it shows. My wife and I are confident that this initial positiveness will continue into the installation process. I chose Precision Garage Door because of a previous positive experience with them repairing my garage door. Today was another one. James checked all the boxes; professional, courteous, thorough, and helpful. He listened carefully as I described the issues with the door and controller and quickly resolved the basic problem. We discussed the age of the existing springs and rollers and likely remaining life of each. James offered me in writing, three options of repair/upgrade and their relative costs and advantages. My selection, made without any pressure, was met with complete approval. The installation went smoothly and the system operates as if brand new. I would highly recommend Precision for their services 'A+"

Phenomenal Job! The door was generating a huge noise when was opening for the first time and no noise after that. Super weird. Mr. Isak Zenkic not only presented the diagnosis of what was happening but told me what needed to happen and gave me options. I wanted the issue resolved and he did it very quickly and efficiently. I am so glad we contacted PRECISION! I needed to have both End Bearing Plates replaced, and general maintenance done. He delivered the solution. The door is opening and closing nicely! Thank you guys! My 2 Thumbs up for you all!
