Our 1 year old door stopped working after last night storm. The reset button did not fix the problem, so we called for service. We thought our motor was fried, so we called Precision for help. They answered and scheduled someone to come visit the same day. The technician gave me a call when he was on his way and was very helpful. He determined that the electricity to our garage was completely out and our motor was fine. They didn't charge us for our visit because no services were needed. The overall experience was great and if we ever need help for the garage int he future, we will definitely use Precision!

Every couple years I ask Precision Garage Door to inspect my garage doors to insure proper operation. Logan was my technician today. Very knowledgeable AND friendly. He inspected my doors and I was comfortable with his explanation of minors adjustments that he recommended. I have used Precision for the past 12 years and will continue to use them.
