Great and timely service. Very efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant service man! I'm not familiar with repair costs so I cannot comment on the charges but I definitely will call Precision again if the garage door requires service. The brackets that hold up the garage door were not correct (put in by the previous home owners) and they broke. Putting our garage door in danger of completely crashing down and ruining both tracks. I called and they were so wonderful, they came out that night and noticed the bad brackets and put new ones up and got our track untwisted so the door can go up and down again. With the new brackets I feel so much safer. They are so heavy duty compared to what was in there before! I am so grateful for them coming out, I don't think I would have been able to sleep knowing my garage wasn't secure.
