I just purchased a home at island walk in Venice. I had an issue with my garage door and Precision was recommended by my neighbor as they had used Precision and were very satisfied. I called and detailed my issue and had a service technician at my home the following morning. Lee the technician explained the issue to me and three options with varied pricing and warranty's for me to choose. The job was completed to my satisfaction and within two hours. I highly recommend Precision to anyone!

The service was excellent. We had a door opener that would not work and we were unable to open the door manually as one side of the tension bar was broken. The technician came late in the day and remained until the problems were fixed and we had a new tension bar or springs and door opener. He was and very good, explaining what was necessary to fix and the options available.

We had used Precision a number of years ago to replace broken springs. When our drive unit failed, we went to our house files and found their receipt.
