The service provided by Ben was very good. However, there was a misunderstanding or a lack of communication. Ben quoted me the price to replace the springs only and the price to replace the door opener which was still working. I decided on the door opener and I thought the springs would be a part of the door opener. However, when Ben gave me the bill I was shocked to see they were not. At this point nothing could be done to change this. I asked if Precision gave a senior citizen discount and was told a discount applies only if I ordered through Angie's List. This I could not understand as many large reputable companies, like yours, give senior citizen discounts. I got your name and number in the yellow pages and trusted it would be good. Good it was, reasonable it was not.

I was very pleased with the quick service I received on a Saturday afternoon. I was told to expect someone between 2 and 6 and within a half hour of my call Justin, my service technician, returned my call and was at the house. I had new springs, rollers, center bearing and a bottom seal installed. The garage sounds new on opening now and Justin was very professional and explained everything he did. I would highly recommend this company.
