I previously chose Precision based on a neighbors recommendation. I called them again this time because I was very satisfied with the previous visit. In both cases I was able to get someone to my home within 2 days (they were not emergencies). John was my technician on both occasions. As promised I received a notification prior to John’s arrival. On arrival he offered information about which end of the door to lift manually should another problem occur. He was able to access the details of his previous visit to see if the new problem was related to their previous work (it was not). John diagnosed the issue very quickly and provided a thorough explanation. Next he presented 3 options for repairs, again with complete explanations and prices (not estimates) for each including the length of each warrantee. He worked very efficiently and was both courteous and professional. At completion, the problem was fully resolved. I highly recommend John and Precision Garage.

While we spent more than we anticipated, we have now installed a state of the art garage door opener that hopefully will last for many years. We have used Precision for over 12 years and we give them the highest rating. over the years we had to replace our two garage door opener systems. Both were done expertly. Recently, one of the doors started making some unusual sounds. Precision sent out Xavi who arrived on time and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with no charge. My garage door wouldn't stay closed; and if using the cord to close it, when wanting to open it to get my car out it wouldn't open high enough to do that. I heard the sound of the motor trying to work. When the door closed it made a banging sound. I heard the motor trying to work. I called. Overhead Precision Door Service late yesterday afternoon and was able to have a technician come in to fix the garage door which seemed to need alot of repairs because it was 30 years old. The person on the phone were very courteous and scheduled the repair this morning at the time that I requested. The technician was excellent. He arrived on time and did a great job on my garage door. I now have a wi-fi with LED Lights on my garage. Therefore, an app. was stored on my phone which will allow me to open and close the garage door by using my phone. The phone will alert me if the door is open. In addition I have 2 remotes to operate the garage. I highly recommend this group. The best part is they are available 24/7. A relative of mine recommended this group to me. I am very pleased with the company, the technician, and the service.
