Austin Orton is a very soft spoken, polite young man. Because (of course) the door did not show the problem I called you about, he adjusted the tension in raising and lowering the door and then said there would be no charge. I think he was motivated by the Precision stickers on the door, from the former repairs and/or adjustments.

Josh was knowledgeable and courteous and had my new garage opener installed in a couple of hours. He also programmed the opener on my car and made sure he had answered any questions before he left. I interviewed 2 companies for a new garage door in 2017: You won. So I called you when a friend tapped my door with his SUV. Your man today was pleasant and immediately said I needed to replace 2 panels. Bent aluminum can't be straightened, etc. "probably about $600, but don't worry. We'll give you a military discount, maybe senior citizen discount",etc. The invoice you emailed said $700.00, with no mention of discount. The extra $100 charge is to haul away the 2 dented panels. I am an 87 yr old Army guy, retired with 32 years on active duty. Point is, don'tmention possible discounts if you're not giving them. And, those dented panels are probably not headed for the dump. And, I want you guys to be there the next time I need help. Just saying! The Star selection will be revised after the work is done.
