My 25 year old garage door finally gave up and on 8/26/2021 the Precision Team installed the Heritage 3000 (HR3000) wind rated double garage door. We appreciated the professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness encountered during the entire process from sales (Jack Stark) to installation by Precision’s Clearwater Team. Thank you, Precision, for the military discount for recognizing our service – truly appreciated. The emails verifying who would be coming to our home with their pictures provides that next level of security in addition to the update phone calls. The office support responded quickly in obtaining the work permit and in making a quick correction. I served in the USAF supporting air crews by repairing onboard radar systems; additionally, I worked many years in IT field service and sales with Texas Instruments and H-P. I always tried to provide my best service and it is rare today to receive the levels of service I used to provide. The Precision Team did just that, we received top notch service from the initial sale through the installation. We used Precision in the past for repairs and two of our closest friends also recommended Precision. From my experiences, I can highly recommend the Clearwater Precision Overhead Garage Door Service TEAM.

My service tech Gerald Hoover was great. Very polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Explained options regarding getting a new door and opener since we had new springs installed 2 months ago and rollers. Our old opener was from 2003 and our door was from 1987. We choose new for both and received credit for items purchased previously. Thanks Gerald!

Mike F. the Precision tech who came to service my garage door made a strong case for a thorough overhaul of all the key parts. The door is oversized with heavy Hurricane reinforcement and the opener was 19 years old. We got a new opener, springs, battery backup, sensors, and wheels for the tracks. We also got peace of mind that an essential part of our home will be in top operating condition for a long time.

Chris called on and then arrived right on time. It was obvious the spring was broken and the bearing and rollers were warn. He provided options of mandatory repairs and those that were optional along with cost of each separately. I knew the parts were worn and had him perform all repairs. He accomplished all replacements in a exceptional manner. He was polite, professional, and efficient in all aspects.

Ten years ago I hired a carpenter to transform my carport into a garage. Daily television Precision ads kept reminding me that I needed to have a maintenance check on my garage door. I'm glad I finally made the call. A fine young man found issues that needed attention and replaced worn parts, spring throughout. I am glad I did not wait until the door broke on its own. The repairman was very knowledgeable and explained how important it is to keep up maintenance on a yearly basis.

When our garage door wouldn't open correctly, I saw where one of the garage door springs was broken and immediately called Precision. The Precision tech, Chris, was there within 2 hours and, despite over 20 years without any preventive maintenance to our doublewide garage door, Chris had all the parts on his truck that we needed and quickly had our door working like it was new.
