Repair person was super friendly and professional. Fixed it very fast and made the motor more secure with extra screws to the ceiling for peace of mind. Precision stood by their installation and subsequent problem. I agree with the repair person, glad I called, it should not happen again.

I am easy to work with. But I’ve never been so surprised to see a salesman come to my house to give an estimate and be so disinterested in actually making the sale. When the representative came out to look at my garage, he was quick to point out that my foundation needed a little bit of work, that the door was an unusual size, and several other things. Not only did he not offer any suggestions just basically looked like he couldn’t care less whether or not he got the business. The meeting was over in five minutes. going with Banko who actually looked like they wanted the job.

Jesse Burns was AMAZINGG, he had me up & running in less than 45mins. Very friendly, detailed, and knew his stuff. I also truly appreciated the fact he went over and above to ensure my appointment was kept. Working from home I missed his calls he had arrived. He just didn't leave me hanging, he waited across the street at the publix for almost 30mins. I felt Soo bad but he was sooo understanding and patient. Thanks Jesse

We had a new garage door and opener installed this month. We have used Precision in the past and they always do an excellent job whether it's repair or replacement. Our sales rep. was excellent she spent quite a bit of time with us measuring, demonstrating and picking out the perfect door and opener for our needs. The service techs were nice and very professional. They took the time to show us how maintain the springs, hinges, etc. on the new garage door, set up the new smart garage door opener, new key pad and program the HomeLink in our cars. We will definitely recommend Precision in the future!
