Precision was called when garage door broke. Precision was called for help on Thursday and appointment was set for Friday. Jason came on time on Friday and installed new parts and done very efficiently and quick. I was very pleased with everything he did. Appreciate the quick response and the repairs that he made. Precision came within a reasonable time and fixed the problem with the garage. It took less than 15 minutes. I’ve used them before and am very happy with all the services rendered. The door was malfunctioning wouldn’t always go up or down. A motherboard piece was installed.

Very expensive. A 7 foot rubber belt cost $210. We had general maintenance performed on 2 openers which cost $89.95 per opener. We were charged 2 - $20 transportation charges for a single repair call because they serviced 2 openers. A single visit but 2 transportation charges is RIDICULOUS!!!!

I was contacted by company about my review. They apologized for the duplicate transportation charged in error. They refunded it plus another $50 as a courtesy credit for the error. Since work was done timely and adjustment made for error this is what customer service is all about and I can now wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Very pleased with the professionalism and customer service with Precision Door Service. Came home to find out garage door spring broke. I called and made an appointment for that evening. Fortunately there was a technician close by and they were able to come earlier than appointment. Wayne was very professional, friendly, and respectful and quickly fixed our door and preformed required maintenance. When he was finished, he did not try to up sale us but gave us options that we would feel comfortable with. Excellent experience and will definitely refer Precision Door and our technician Wayne to anyone in need of garage door repair.
